Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms. Submit only your own original idea and new characters. Do not submit a full manuscript, another person’s work, or characters and settings owned by someone else.
Your pitch remains yours
Submitting a pitch does not transfer ownership of your original contribution. You give Pharaoh Fuller and Legacy Books a limited, nonexclusive permission to receive, store, read, evaluate, and discuss the pitch for the Harbridge story program.
No automatic canon, publication, or payment
A submission does not become official canon. It does not guarantee a response, invitation, publication, credit, compensation, representation, or future work. Pharaoh Fuller retains final authority over Harbridge canon.
A separate agreement comes first
If a pitch is selected for development, the parties must complete a separate written agreement before the submitted work may be published, adapted, made canon, licensed, or used commercially. That later agreement must address rights, credit, payment, approvals, and any other project terms.
No confidentiality
Do not submit confidential information. The review process does not create a confidential, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or agency relationship.
Independent and similar ideas
Harbridge is an existing world with ongoing development. Other submitted, planned, or independently created material may resemble themes, characters, places, or events in your pitch. Similarity alone does not establish that your pitch was used.
Review and removal
Submissions may be declined or removed if they violate these terms, conflict with established canon, contain unlawful or abusive material, expose private information, or create avoidable rights concerns. Submission information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptance
Checking the agreement box and submitting the form confirms that you have read and accepted these terms, that you meet the age requirement, and that the pitch and its new characters are your original work.
